Description

This barn, located about 15 metres south-west of Dragon Farmhouse, dates from the 18th century and has been altered in the mid-19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, topped with a corrugated iron roof. The barn consists of three framed bays that are aligned east to west, featuring a central threshing floor. The framing includes single rectangular panels with straight tension braces. The intermediate trusses have two struts to the collar, while the gables are supported by multiple struts to the collar, with V-struts in the apex.
