Farmhouse and garden walls. Mid-C18 with C20 alterations. Brick on sandstone ashlar plinth with ashlar dressings, tile roof, gable-end stacks. South front: two storeys, moulded stone cornice, ashlar quoins; three windows: 8-pane sashes to outer two windows, central window has a 12-pane sash, all have segmental heads with keystone; ground floor: central entrance with flat canopy supported on scroll brackets, half-glazed door. Garden wall is of brick on ashlar plinth, ramped up at each end.
