Description
The Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th century, mid-19th century, and late 20th century. It features a timber frame that is clad in brick and has a tile roof. The structure consists of three framed bays aligned north to south, with the main stack located to the south of the central bay, which has been entirely rebuilt and includes four 6-point-star plan shafts.
The east front of the farmhouse is two storeys high and has a cellar to the right. The attic is illuminated by two gabled dormers. There are three windows of various sizes, with the ground floor showcasing three 3-light casements set under segmental heads. The entrance, located to the left of centre, features a segmental head and a ledged door.
