Barn About 30 Yards North West Of Number 28

This is a 17th-century barn located about 30 yards northwest of number 28 on Droitwich Road in Feckenham. The barn is timber-framed with brick infill and features a half-hipped plain tiled roof. It consists of three framed bays oriented east to west. The central wagon bay has opposing cart entries, with double doors on the south side and a partly blocked entry on the north side. The framing includes three panels from the sill to the wall-plate, short straight braces in the upper corners at the ends, and truncated collar and tie-beam trusses with three struts. The brick panels display header ventilation patterns, and there is a two-light window in the north elevation. Inside, the roof features two intermediate tie-beam trusses with raking struts and two tiers of purlins. Number 28 Droitwich Road is not included in this listing.
