Description
Holly Green Cottage and Tudor Cottage are two houses that date back to the early 17th century, with the northern section built in early 18th century brick. The buildings are arranged in an L-shape and are two stories tall, topped with a plain tile roof. Holly Green Cottage, located at the north end, features a brick gable on the north side that is coped, along with casement windows that have cambered head surrounds—three lights on the ground floor and two lights on the first floor and attic. There is a corner brick stack present. The timber-framed section has one window range at the back and a brick stack on the outside east wall. Tudor Cottage forms the south cross-wing and originally extended further to the west but has been partly demolished. It has a gable end and weatherboarding on the west gable wall, with exposed timber framing. There are two windows on the ground floor of the south side and three windows above.
