Description
Holly Cottage and the adjoining dwelling are two homes that date from the 17th century or earlier, with some later alterations. They are constructed from timber framing and plaster, topped with a red plain tiled roof. The house features a gabled crosswing on the left side and has three red brick chimney stacks. It stands two storeys tall with attics in the crosswing, while the right range is one storey high with attics and includes three gabled dormers. The building has a window arrangement of one to two, primarily consisting of 19th-century casements. The crosswing has a four-panelled door with a gabled porch, and the right range features a plank and muntin door.
