Description
Old Walls, a later 18th century brick house, is located in Upton-upon-Severn. This two-storey building features a plain tile hipped roof and a three-window range. It has a modillion eaves cornice and two full-height canted three-sided bays with flat tops, which contain glazing bar sash windows. The central window is set in an eared architrave and also has glazing bars. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a radiating bar fanlight in a round-headed surround, topped with a curved wooden hood that has a lead roof. Attached to the east side of the house is a 17th century brick barn with a loft. Additionally, there is a vaulted brick cellar beneath the east side of the house.
