Description

Boatyard Cottage, located on Dunn's Lane in Upton-upon-Severn, dates from around 1786, as indicated by a datestone. The cottage features a refronting of an earlier house and is constructed of painted brick. It is two stories high with an attic and has two windows. The roof is covered with plain tiles and includes gabled dormers, along with a large brick stack at the west end. The windows are 19th-century casements and sashes set in segmental-headed openings. The central door is plain, and the datestone is marked 'WWC 1786'.
