Description

Sunnybank Cottage is a 17th century house that features a timber frame and painted brick. It has one and a half storeys and a plain tile roof, which is half-hipped on the west front and gabled at the rear. There is a side wall stack. The structure includes tie-beam-and-collar trusses with queen posts. The west front has a single window range, with a triple casement window below and a modern pair of casement windows above. The timbers are exposed in the gable.
