These stables, located about 25 yards south-west of Lower Town Farmhouse, date from the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a plain tiled roof. The building has two bays aligned north to south and consists of two levels. The upper floor has header ventilation patterns, and there is a dentilled eaves cornice. On the main east elevation, there are two ground floor windows on either side of a central stable door, with all openings having cambered heads. A loft door is present at the south gable end.
