House. Late C16, restored mid-C20. Timber-framed, brick and rendered infill, brick and rubble base, corrugated iron roof. Two framed bays aligned south-west/north-east; small external brick chimney at north- east end. Two storeys. Framing: four rows of panels from sill to wall- plate, short straight braces in upper corners, collar and tie-beam trusses with two struts. North-west front elevation: 2-light casement on ground floor. Ridge stack at south-west end. Main entrance at rear. Interior: main beams are stop-chamfered. C20 lean-to addition at south-west end. The building faces the south-west side of the churchyard of the Church of St Peter and St Paul (qv).
