Description

This is an outbuilding located approximately 20 metres south-west of Perrin's Court, dating from the 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and has brick infill, topped with a steep corrugated iron roof. The building features two rows of square panels in its framing, and there are no openings in the south-west wall, which faces the road. This outbuilding is included for its group value.
