Description

This barn, located on the south side of the farmyard at Rye Court, dates from the 17th century. It features timber framing with brick infill and a tiled roof, constructed in three rows of square panels. The front wall includes a wide doorway and a pitching door to the right, positioned under the eaves. Inside, the trusses are supported by two vertical struts between the tie-beam and collar. This barn is included for its group value.
