Description

Gray's Cottage is a pair of houses dating from the 17th century. They are constructed with timber framing, featuring brick infill and a tiled roof. The framing consists of three rows of square panels. The buildings rise to two storeys, with three windows positioned between the doorways on the ground floor and one additional window to the right. The first floor has two windows, all of which are spaced irregularly. The left-hand doorway is sheltered by a gabled porch. The cottages have gable chimneys, and the gable trusses include collars, tie-beams, and V-struts.
