Cottage. C17 with C19 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, painted brick infill, painted brick refacing and replacement walling, felted roof, external brick stack at right gable end with offsets. Two framed bays; single storey and attic with dormer. Large square panels, 3 from sill to wall-plate, short straight braces in top corners, queen strut truss exposed in right gable end. Elevation facing road has a single ground floor case- ment. Main entrance and eyebrow dormer at eaves level to rear. Interior not inspected. C19 outshut to rear side of stack.
