Description
Fishpool Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with 19th-century alterations. It features a timber frame made of thin scantling, with whitewashed brick infill on the lower part and the right side of the first floor. The left side of the first floor is clad in painted weatherboard, and the roof is covered with pan tiles. The cottage has two storeys and an offset end stack on the right. There are two framed bays on the right and a large extension on the left end. The first floor has three leaded casement windows, and there are three more below. A part-glazed 20th-century stable-style door is located in a projecting brick porch on the left, which has a pentice roof and a single-storey extension at the end.
