Description
This summerhouse, located approximately 60 metres north-northwest of Herbert's Farmhouse, is likely from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a pyramidal tile roof, with a square plan and a single storey that includes a basement. The entrance is accessed by a short, bowed flight of stone steps and is flanked by oval windows that have gauged brick surrounds with keying. Inside, the roof timbers are made of sawn softwood and seem to be from the 20th century, while the floor is tiled. The basement appears to have a vaulted structure.
