Description
Perrin's Court and the adjoining outbuilding date from the 17th century and feature timber-framing and brick construction with a tile roof. The building stands two storeys high. The left end of the house is framed with irregular square panels and includes a curved brace on the left-hand principal post. The ground floor is underbuilt in brick and has a window with a segmental head. Above this is a gabled attic dormer. The right half of the house is taller, also underbuilt with brick on the ground floor, and features two rows of square panels on the upper storey. There is another window with a segmental head on the ground floor and a window under the eaves above. A door is located to the left at the junction with the lower half of the building, and a chimney is positioned in line with the doorway. The outbuilding to the right is partly open on the ground floor and has two rows of square panels. It includes a first-floor window and a flight of brick and stone steps leading to a doorway on the right.
