Description

This building, located at 35 Three Springs Road in Pershore, is a house that likely dates from the second half of the 17th century, with later alterations. It features square-panel timber-framing with painted infill, some of which is made of brick nogging. The roof is covered with plain tiles and includes two flat-roofed dormers, along with external brick end stacks.

The house is a single storey with an attic and consists of two framed bays. It has two-light dormers, a single light positioned at the center below the eaves, and four single lights on the ground floor, all fitted with 20th-century leaded quarried casements. To the left of the center, there is a 20th-century door. Inside, the building retains spine beams and square-panel timber-framing.
