Description
A semi-detached pair of houses, dated 1896 and altered, designed by J L Ball, with one house built for his own occupation. The houses are constructed of brick with a tiled roof, roughcast eaves coving, and flanking chimneys, along with a central chimney featuring an arched recess. They are two storeys high plus an attic, with each house having three bays. The ground floor incorporates a garage where a four-light window originally stood, a gabled porch with a floriated plaque above the door and a tiled roof, two shallow canted bay windows, another porch, and a four-light window. A brick band runs along the first-floor level. First-floor windows include two central four-light windows, outer three-light windows, and two two-light windows, all with leaded lights and casement openings. Four gabled dormer windows are present in the roof, positioned across the four central bays.
