Description
This is a mid-19th century building on the south side of Hagley Road, Edgbaston. It is constructed of brick with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and comprises three bays. The ground floor features a central entrance flanked by Tuscan pilasters supporting an entablature. To either side are tripartite windows, each with an arched light and cornice on brackets. The first floor has three tripartite windows set within moulded surrounds with ears and feet. A band runs along the first floor sill level, and the eaves are supported by large brackets with a linking band. To the right of the main building is a link wall with an arched subsidiary entrance, leading to a two-storey coach house. The coach house features a broad segmental arch and a two-light casement window within a moulded frame.
