Description
Berkeley House is a late 18th century building that was altered in the early 19th century, located on the north side of Hagley Road in Edgbaston. The house is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof. It has two storeys and five bays.
On the ground floor, there is a sash window, a semi-circular bay window with a heavy entablature and cornice, and a double panelled door flanked by glazed side panels. This door is framed by Tuscan pilasters that support an entablature and cornice. Additionally, there is another semi-circular bow window and a small subsidiary door. The first floor contains five sash windows, all of which have glazing bars and shallow segmental stuccoed heads.
