Description

A pair of houses built in the mid-19th century as part of a terrace on Queen's Road. The houses are constructed of red brick with a slate roof, topped by two brick chimneys. They have a basement and two storeys, displaying five windows on the first floor. Steps lead to a pair of six-panelled front doors, each with a fanlight featuring intricate glazing bars, set within recessed round-headed arches constructed of gauged brick. A later bow-fronted bay, featuring curved sash windows, has been added to the centre. The ground floor windows are 16-pane sashes, while the first-floor windows are similar but smaller, all under flat gauged brick arches. A fascia cornice runs along the roofline.
