Description
This is a small house located on Bristol Road in Edgbaston, dating from around 1820 to 1830. The two-storey front facade is rendered and topped with a tall parapet. In the mid-19th century, a two-storey canted bay window was inserted into the front, featuring pilasters and decorative window heads. A slightly recessed, single-window, rendered entrance bay is present. The house has a good doorway with a six-panel door, a reeded doorhead, marginal and radial glazing to the fanlight, and flanking reeded pilasters. The door surround also includes sections of an entablature with roundels and an open pediment. A secondary passage entrance is also present, with a six-panel door and blind fanlight.
