Description

This is a circa 1830 detached, two-storey, three-bay red brick house. It was originally part of a terrace that has since been demolished, and sits at a right angle to Lee Crescent in Edgbaston. The roof is of slate with flat, boxed eaves and brick chimney stacks. The windows are sash windows with moulded frames, flat brick arches above, and stucco sills. There is a blind window in the centre of the first floor. The entrance is recessed and arched, with an inner doorcase featuring slender, delicately fluted columns, a moulded cornice, and a lunette fanlight above the door.
