Description
Nos 33 and 34 Lee Crescent are a pair of three-storey red brick tunnel back houses, built around 1830-1840. They are part of an irregular terrace that includes Nos 31 to 40. The houses feature a stucco plinth and a wooden eaves cornice at the gable end, topped with a slate roof. Each house has one window with renewed glazing bars, stucco sills, and stucco panelled heads that include central rosettes, which were formerly adorned with cornices on consoles. The tunnel passage entrance at the center has a blind arch, although the brickwork is modern. These houses are included for their group value.
