Description

This is a detached stucco villa dating from around 1830 to 1840, accompanied by an attached coach house and stable block. The main block is two storeys and three bays, featuring a plinth and channelled details rising to a sill band on the ground floor. It has a hipped slate roof with flat eaves and reveals glazing bar sashes, with shallow aprons beneath the ground floor windows. A Tuscan porch with an entablature provides access to a panelled door with a rectangular fanlight within a panelled surround. A recessed two-bay wing extends to the north, incorporating a coach house on the ground floor. A low wall with a segmental carriage arch links this wing to a two-storey stable block, also with a hipped slate roof.
