Description

This is a villa dating from the early 19th century, located on Blenheim Grove in Southwark. The main block is stucco-faced with a hipped slate roof, while the lower block to the east has a lower hipped slate roof. The villa has broad, boxed eaves and two storeys over a basement. The main façade features a two-window range and a one-window range on the lower block. All windows are flat-arched and have 6x6 sash windows to the two-window block and to the ground and first floors of the lower block. The recessed entrance in the left-hand range of the larger block is framed by a Tuscan aedicule with a wreathed frieze. The interior has not been inspected.
