Description
No. 276 on Monument Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features four bays, with the rightmost bay set back slightly. The ground floor includes a window, a door accessed by steps within a pedimented porch, a tripartite window, and another window. There is a band at the first floor sill level. The first floor has three windows, with the center window being narrower than the others, plus an additional fourth window. All the windows are sashes, mostly with glazing bars. A modern attic window is present in the roof.
