Description

No. 106 on Hunter's Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features four irregular bays. The ground floor showcases banded rustications and includes a pointed subsidiary doorway, a tripartite window flanked by pilasters that support a cornice adorned with rosettes in the frieze, and an asymmetrically placed arched entrance set within a surround that also has a cornice and rosettes in the frieze. Another tripartite window, similarly flanked by pilasters and carrying a cornice with rosettes in the frieze, completes the ground floor. A band runs along the first floor level, which contains three asymmetrically placed sash windows, all featuring arched glazing bars.
