Description

Ashby House is an early 19th-century pair of houses that are treated as one structure. It features giant pilasters at the center and on both sides. The building is made of stucco and has a flat roof. It stands two storeys tall, with each house consisting of two widely spaced bays. The ground floor has a door that is flanked by Doric columns, which support an entablature. Above this, there is a moulded arch that encloses a fanlight with original glazing bars, along with a single sash window. The building also has a moulded eaves cornice.
