Description

This is a pair of semi-detached houses located on Reservoir Road, dating to the mid-19th century. They are constructed of stucco with a slate roof featuring wide eaves. The composition presents as six bays, with the central two bays projecting slightly, though the division between the two houses is maintained. The ground floor has a window, a door, two windows, another door, and a final window. The doors have cornices supported by brackets, and the windows feature plain pediments on brackets. A decorative band runs along the level of the first-floor window sills. The first floor has six windows set within plain surrounds and incorporating moulded cornices. The windows are sash windows, mostly containing glazing bars.
