Description

A pair of semi-detached houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Reservoir Road in Ladywood. The houses are constructed of stucco with a slate roof featuring wide eaves. Each house has two storeys and three bays, with giant pilasters defining the divisions between the pairs and at each end. The ground floor features a central door flanked by wide pilasters supporting a heavy entablature. There are two windows on either side, set within moulded surrounds with cornices on brackets. A band runs along the sill level of the first floor. The first floor has three windows in moulded surrounds, the central window having ears. All windows are sash windows with glazing bars.
