Description

NOEL ROAD 1. 5104 Edgbaston B16 Nos 9 and 10 SP 0488 SE 36/21 31.3.76 II GV 2. Mid C19 pair of semi-detached houses. Brick with stucco trim; slate roof with bracketted eaves cornice. Two storeys; each house 2 bays with the doors on the outside. Ground floor with doors with fanlight and moulded head, and window in moulded surround with cornice; window of No 10 replaced by a late C19 bay window with slate roof. First floor with 4 windows with cornices on brackets. All windows sashes complete with glazing bars. Listed for group value.
