Description

SPRING ROAD 1. 5104 Edgbaston B15 No 25 SP 0685 SE 47/3 II GV 2. C1840 stucco villa of 2 storeys with 3 bay symmetrical front, adjoining but lower than No 24. Tall ground floor with channelled rustication up to first floor sill band. Bed mould to modillion bracket eaves cornice of low gable end slate roof with stucco chimneys. Revealed glazing bar sashes to both floors. Eared architrave doorway with flanking panlled strips and large consoles on anthemion stops to moulded cornice.
