Description
No. 25 Spring Road is a Grade II listed villa built around 1840. This two-storey stucco building features a symmetrical three-bay front and is slightly lower than the adjacent No. 24. The tall ground floor showcases channelled rustication that extends up to the sill band of the first floor. The roof is a low gable end covered with slate, and it has stucco chimneys. Both floors have revealed glazing bar sash windows. The entrance includes an eared architrave doorway, flanked by panelled strips and large consoles that rest on anthemion stops, leading to a moulded cornice.
