Description

Cobb Cottage is a 17th century, two-storey building located on the east side of Mill Street, numbered 27. It features square timber framing and large twin gables with a relatively flat pitch. The cottage has a modern oak door and satisfactory casement windows with leaded lights. To the right side, there is a wide entry that leads to the Boat Club, which has a three-light window above it, also with original leaded lights. The roof is covered with old tiles. Cobb Cottage is part of a group of listed buildings along both sides of Mill Street.
