Dwelling. C17. Rendering, some exposed timber framing, plain tile roof front, p.entiles back slope. Lobby entry opposite off-centre stack, simple plan, plain roof, small gable, left. One and half storeys, two-windowed: small two-light casements including gablet. Three-plank door in heavy frame. Very deep plinth, possibly as base to framing. An important element as group with adjacent Hall (q.v.).
