Description

No. 12 Mill Street is a 18th-century building with a front made of colourwashed brick. It features a roof covered with both old and machine-made tiles, along with a gabled casement dormer. The structure has two storeys and attics, with a rubble plinth, a first-floor band, and rusticated quoins. The cornice is supported by chamfered stone corbels. There are two casement windows located under cambered relieving arches, and the entrance has a modern door. This building is part of a group of listed buildings along Mill Street.
