GV II

Small circa C17 painted brick cottage with some timber framing, and small C19 extension to south, also of painted brick. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. Brick modillion eaves cornice to addition. Older portion on sandstone foundations. One storey and attic. Casements mostly modern with glazing bars or leaded panes, and modern glazed door with glazing bars under tiled gabled canopy. One brick ridge chimney stack. Interior: chamfered ceiling beams, and timber framing exposed in east gable of older portion. Oak boarded floors, oak half-turn staircase.
