Description

This is a small, circa 17th-century timber-framed cottage with painted brick infill panels. It sits on sandstone foundations and has a steeply pitched roof covered with plain tiles and gabled ends. The cottage is a single storey with an attic. The ground floor features a splayed oriel bay and a square fixed light, both with leaded panes. A modern, flat-roofed dormer sits above. A painted brick chimney stack projects from the south gable. A modern wing extends to the rear, forming an L-shape on the plan.
