House, now shop. Early C16 with later alterations. Timber-frame with plastered infill; renewed tile roof with brick stacks to rear. 2-unit plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4-bay range. Ground floor has throughway to left end, and shop front with large plate-glass windows flanking large entrance with paired glazed doors. First floor has 2 windows with 2-light C20 casements. First floor has heavy close studding with square framing to return walls. INTERIOR: has ceiling with heavy joists to centre and right; square framing to partition walls.
