Rendered limestone rubble ground floor and timber-framed first floor, with brick gable stacks and stone slate roof. 2-room plan parallel to street, with gabled rear wing and C20 rear extension. 2 storeys, attic and basement; 2-window range. Jettied first floor overhangs to the right above a projecting left-hand doorway with an early C20 porch; a projecting early C20 shop front to the left with plate-glass windows and iron railing above; first-floor 6/6-pane sashes in flush boxes, and a dormer with C20 casements. INTERIOR: altered, ground-floor beams enclosed. Upper floors not inspected.
