Description

The stable block north of Lobbington Hall Farmhouse dates from the 18th century. It is constructed from limestone squared, coursed rubble with quoins and features an old tile roof. The building has four bays, with a wooden doorway at the center topped by a wooden lintel. To the left of the doorway, there is a hayloft opening. Inside, the structure has pegged trusses that are framed up from a tie beam set down in the wall, and there is a hayloft to the left.
