Description
Wishing Well Cottage is a 17th-century house located in Moreton Morrell. It features a timber-frame structure with plastered infill and a steeply pitched thatched roof, which has large rendered brick or stone external end stacks. The cottage has a three-unit plan and is a single-storey building with an attic, displaying a three-window range on the front. The central entrance has a renewed plank door and is flanked by windows that have 20th-century two-light small-paned casements. There are similar casements in the three raking dormers. The left side of the cottage has a gable wall that is advanced to the left of the stack, while the right side includes a small lean-to outshut to the left of the stack. The interior has not been inspected.
