Cottage. Mid/late C18. Coursed squared ironstone rubble, with some cement rendering on right corner; right gable of old red brick. Straw thatched roof has brick right end stack. Two-unit plan. One storey and attic; one-window range.

Entrance to rear. Ground floor has two three-light casements, on left C20, with glazing bars and wood lintels. Eyebrow dormer on right has old two-light casement with many glazing bars. Rear irregular. Plank door.
