Description

Little Thatch is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed ironstone with red brick dressings. The roof is half-hipped and thatched, featuring a brick chimney stack on the left side. The building has one and a half storeys and is designed with two windows. There are two triple 19th-century dormers that sit beneath eyebrow arches. On the ground floor, there are two double casement windows, and the central entrance is framed by a doorcase with a plank door, which is sheltered by a modern hipped thatched porch supported by square piers.
