Description

This is a 17th-century barn located to the northeast of Stone Place in Shorwell. It is constructed from ironstone rubble with ashlar dressings. The roof is currently covered in corrugated iron. The west gable end features kneelers and a triangular ventilation slit, along with double central cart doors. There is a 19th-century bricked opening on the opposite side. The interior was not visible during the survey.
