Description

The Crown Inn is an inn that dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble and is color washed, featuring brick dressings. The building has a slate roof with two brick chimneystacks. It stands two storeys high and has four windows, with casements that have a cambered shape on the ground floor. There is a gabled porch and an outshut at the rear. Inside, the inn features early 19th century matchboarded panelling.
