Description

This field barn and stable, located in Priors Marston, dates from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared ironstone and features a corrugated asbestos roof with coped gable parapets and moulded kneelers. The barn has four bays, with plank doors to the second bay that have an irregular block surround. There is also a plank door to the stable on the right. The barn doors have been blocked in the late 20th century, with a small plank door inserted. The structure has a through purlin roof.
