BARTON ON THE HEATH SP2532 10/20 Well house/memorial at SP 2572 3268

GV II

Well house/memorial. Dated 1874, but possibly a C18 re-erection. Limestone with polygonal plinth and 3 columns supporting a dome with moulded surround and ball finial. Underneath, an urn with carved drapery and foliage. Urn stands on inscribed plinth. Lead trough. Lion-head spring to front. (Buildings of England: Warwickshire, p.87).
